GS YUASA Corporation and its related companies (hereinafter referred to as ‘the company’ collectively) implement the following activities to protect and treat the personal information (including specific personal information etc.) properly.
- The company makes efforts to manage and protect personal information properly by developing company regulations about handling personal information and having a person in charge of personal information protection.
- In collecting personal information, the company makes the purpose of use clear, notices the person or announces officially and handle the personal information within the scope of the purpose of use.
- Except for the cases where we have the person’s consent in advance, outsource business, and there is a proper reason that the case is based on laws and regulations, the company will not offer and disclose the personal information to the third party.
